Vital organ structure: Most Wraeththu organs are much smaller than the humans they were derived from. Genetic abnormalities have been eradicated and the organs themselves are smaller and much more efficient. In particular, the intestines have been reduced in size, no doubt necessary to make room for the dual reproductive organs. Due to the refinement of their organs, the harish body is more adept at healing itself than a normal human. 

Reproductive organs: Wraeththu have a modified human penis and vagina. Their modified penis the ouana-lim, is a petaled, veined structure with a tendril resting inside. They do possess testicles although they are smaller than humans. Their modified vagina is an elastic and furrowed, to make room for the petaled structure of the ouana lim. Inside are 5 energy centers, which can be stimulated manually or by the petals of the ouana-lim. The last 2 energy centers only come into play during conception, and line up with the 7 energy centers on the ouana-lim. The feminine partner will find their male organs retract into the pelvis during sex and during birth to avoid damage.

Wraeththu do possess something similar to a cervix, it's a bank of muscle that is tightly closed and does not open without prompting from the ouana lim or intention. It leads to the cauldron of creation, which is where all conception happens. Once the cauldron is open, both partners unintentionally release either yaloe or  aren, the Wraeththu equivalent of sperm and egg. It coalesces into a what will develop into a Wraeththu fetus inside a leathery sac and moves to the Wraeththu uterus.

While Wraeththu do not menstruate they do have cyclical hormonal fluctuations. 

Wraeththu give birth after about 2 months,  with the leathery sac intact, which hardens a few minutes after birth. Inside is both amniotic fluid as well as the placenta and umbilical cord, which continue to nourish the harling before hatching. The size of the 'pearl' varies from 10 inches to the size of a human head, and starts to expand and grow after birth and requires incubation for a couple of weeks until hatching.  As Wraeththu children can eat food readily after hatching, hara do not have breasts, not needing them for breastfeding. They do however have nipples as a left over remnant, and a naval. 

Blood: Fragments of human DNA are most likely present in all first generation Wraeththu, like Seel. In addition, blood is both a caustic poison to humans and is able to melt flesh, muscle and bone(non organic contact does not produce a reaction, cloth is fine), and transformative. With potentially lethal consequences, any blood that comes into contact with a human can transform them into Wraeththu. Depending on the individual health of the human, as well as the presence of food in stomach or intestines may lower or raise the potential for death. Ideally the ritual is done in a sterile atmosphere, where the individual has fasted, with the presence of anesthetic or mind numbing drugs, as it is quite painful. In addition, the presence of blood to skin contact only will most likely produce burns from the caustic poison, not any transformative effects. The transformation takes place when injected, or with a lesser degree of success, ingested or with blood to open wound contact.

Transformations or death take place over 3 days, where the human's basic DNA structure is changed.  Boils, blisters, swelling, vomiting, hallucinations, fevers with the possibility of sepsis all occur.

Warnings: Wraeththu semen and blood are both caustic poisons to humans.  In addition, Wraeththu are immune to most poisons and disease. Those they are affected by have been specifically engineered for their kind and are brutal. Pharmacological drugs may work at higher doses as their organs have evolved to filter out an extreme amount of toxins that are present in their world.  In addition, Wraeththu need aruna, sex between two of their kind, for mental and physical health.
